	We offer a range of services: Couple counselling Youth counselling Training programmes including: Managing changes in your life and coping with divorce and separation, as well as first steps in counselling skills (free). Self Esteem building for young people 14+ Sexual Therapy Family Mediation - Divorce and separation Family Mediation - Parents and teenagers Refocus on your relationship - a two session meeting with a counsellor to look at what is good and could be improved - particularly useful for couples before they commit and/or established couples who need to re-affirm their relationship.
