What is a Neighbourhood Action Panel?
A Neighbourhood Action Panel, often referred to as a NAP, is a regular meeting held within a neighbourhood. Its purpose is to assess issues raised by the local community, agree community priorities and decide upon a realistic and achievable course of action to address them.
