Crest: A falcon on a stump of a tree with a branch springing from the dexter proper

Mantling: Gules and argent

Motto: In corrupta fides (Incorruptible faith)

Lozenge: Quarterly, 1st and 4th, Sable a chevron ermine between three otters argent (Hartopp), 2nd and 3rd, Per saltire argent and gules crusilly and three boars’ heads all counterchanged (Cradock)

For Thomas Charles Douglas Whitmore, J.P., D.L., who married 1867, Louisa Margaret Emily, 5th daughter of Sir William Cradock-Hartopp, 3rd Bt., and died 16 Feb. 1907. She died 29 Nov. 1892.
